I have to and want to express my thanks for the help yesterday on the Rennsteig, after my left pedal broke off the crank of my bike. You were just so ready to help me and bring a few new pedals out to the beautiful Thuringian Forest at the rest area and help me there! Awesome! I will never forget you! That’s customer service! This way, we could still pull off the planned 12 summit tour of all the 900ers around Goldlauter! Only because of you!
