Dance of Feelings 'Summer, Sun, Vitality'

In the summer, we meet for a special community feeling, a dance wave under the open sky: Free dance evenings of life rhythms - everyone is welcome who wants to feel their body and get a little closer to their soul (no prior knowledge required). The dance of feelings begins with a small meditation to arrive at oneself. Then we follow in a 'Free Wave' our inner impulses, first soft and fluid, then rhythmic and clear and at the climax wild and chaotic. The soothing feeling for body, mind, and heart continues in lyrically heart-opening and finally quietly concluding sounds.
